At Purposeful Creations Studio, we take pride in creating and delivering high-quality custom and handmade apparel. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Processing Time

• Custom Orders (Personalized T-Shirts & Sweatshirts): Processing takes 5-10 business days before shipping, as each item is made-to-order.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – [Insert Carrier, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx]
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Additional charges apply.
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available upon request (contact us before placing your order).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
• Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $150 within the U.S.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at Purposefulcre8ions@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Changes & Order Issues

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
• If you need to update your address, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
