Shipping
Processing Time
Handmade Orders (T-Shirts & Sweatshirts): Processing takes 5-10 business days before shipping, as each item is made-to-order.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Hand Made Orders (T-Shirts & Sweatshirts)
Due to the personalized nature of orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:
There is a manufacturing defect.
The item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
If you receive a defective or incorrect custom item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at purposefulcre8ions@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted since production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
